From start to finish, when I inquired with Everest Plumbing Heating and Drain Cleaning having a back water valve installed in my North Edmonton bungalow, they were professional, responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely and friendly manner. Doug arranged for all of the details, including the city permit, a preliminary inspection of the work site, and addressing any concerns I had at the time. He also gave me the information I needed in order to schedule the city inspection once the valve was installed. The entire process, including the inspection and closing up paving the excavation, once complete took less than 2 days, and Everest Plumbing provided me with all of the documentation I required in order to submit my application for the rebate ($800 back on a $1500 job!) from the city. Fadi, Doug’s business partner, was on time both days, was very friendly and answered all of my questions as the work proceeded. I would strongly recommend Everest Plumbing to anyone considering installing a backwater valve in their home, and I am sure their services are equally professional with their other business lines too. 5 stars.

I recently used Everest Plumbing to have a backwater valve installed. They showed up on time, they explained what was going on and answered my questions. Fadi installed the valve, was very pleasant person to be around. The work was done properly, in a timely manner and they cleaned up the area nicely once they were done. I would use Everest Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

Really I don’t think you do anything better – I was so impressed. I have already told my parents and neighbours to call you if they need plumbing!
